Sole ownership of the group’s Adobe Analytics setup — webshop tracking across 180 group companies, steering an external agency. Consolidated 1,080 company-specific report instances into 6 group-wide reports as a single source of truth, and replaced per-promotion reporting with one reusable tool enabling proper campaign attribution
